In Minh Chau island commune, Hanoi city, the digital transformation model in public administration is bringing remarkable results.
The public administrative service point has become a "common home" for the local people, where procedures are solved quickly and conveniently.
After only 45 days of implementation, the commune has established 7 community digital transformation teams, equipped with 100% computers and digital signatures for officials, helping local people easily use public services, make payments and learn online. Minh Chau also applies AI in propaganda, website and fanpage operations to connect information with people.
With the motto "People-centered - technology-driven", Minh Chau commune is aiming to become a smart commune by 2030.
